A buffer strip not less than ten (10) feet in width including evergreen planting not less than six (6) feet in height shall be provided along the rear and side lines of any parking facility which abuts or extends into a residential district. 6. Required Spaces In any district no use of premises shall be authorized or extended and no building shall be erected or enlarged, unless there is provided for such extension, erection or enlargement, off-street parking space in accordance with the standards listed below. These standards are the minimum requirements.
