Realmo is built to make CRE intelligence faster, clearer, and more accessible for every market participant.

Gary brings over 20 years of experience in IT, digital strategy, PropTech, fintech, data science, and AI-driven platforms. Since 2003, he has led and advised technology ventures across system architecture, product development, analytics, and IP strategy. His work in PropTech since 2010 has focused on building scalable, data-rich platforms that turn complex real estate information into practical digital tools.

John Dvor

Realmo is not about adding another database to the market. We're turning fragmented property information into a working intelligence system.

John is an entrepreneur and executive with deep experience in commercializing breakthrough technology companies across fintech, insurtech, real estate, healthtech, medtech, and AI. His track record includes leadership and advisory roles connected to major venture-backed platforms, public companies, and large-scale investment funds. He is also a Venture Partner at C10 Labs, an AI Venture Studio Fund spin-out from the MIT Media Lab, and a Harvard University graduate.

Ben Hersch

Ben Hersch, Head of Sales

Realmo brings AI down to earth: faster analysis, deeper research, and clearer next steps.

Ben is a PropTech and CRE professional with experience scaling marketplace-driven businesses across multifamily, short-term rentals, storage, parking, and flexible asset use. He previously helped grow a short-term rental platform from 150 to over 1,000 managed units and brings hands-on expertise in owner acquisition, operations, and revenue growth. Ben holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah.

Maxwell Bassett

Max leads broker outreach, listing verification, and listing partnership development at Realmo. His background spans client relations, property owner outreach, marketing, compliance review, and go-to-market strategy. As a PropTech founder and former vacation rental operator, he brings practical experience in building owner networks and creating the relationships that support Realmo's growing marketplace.
