SUBDIVISION 2. R-7, R-6, AND R-MF ZONES, AND ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS . Sec. 6-97. USE REGULATIONS FOR R-7 ZONES. (a) The following principal uses shall be permitted and all other principal uses are expressly excluded in R-7 zones: (1) All uses permitted in RA-4 zones and uses permitted under Sec. 6-94. (10/27/83) (b) The following accessory uses shall be permitted in R-7 zones: (1) The same accessory uses a s in RA -4 zones except roadside stands and structures customarily incident to farms. (2) Customary home occupations, provided that each such occupation shall be engaged in only by residents of the premises and by not more than two (2) non- resident employees, that no accessory building shall be used and that no display of products or signs advertising such products shall be visible from the street. (3) The keeping of not more than two (2) roomers or boarders by a resident family only in a detached single family dwelling, inclusive of employees on the premises. (c) The following accessory uses shall be prohibited in R-7 zones; (1) Same as in RA-4 zones and as provided in Subsection (b)(1) of this section.
