Landscaping of dumpster enclosures - Regardless of the zoning district that use is located dumpsters/refuse containers are to be completely visually screened. Residential Zoning District Lighting Standards 1. Residences - Residentially zoned and used structures are to have all exterior lights to be shielded and directed downward. Shielding and directing the light fixture is intended to prevent light trespass and prevent the lighting source from being visible from adjacent properties or the public right of way. 2. Non-Residential Uses- All light fixtures are to be shielded and directed downward so that light trespass is prevented onto adjacent properties and public right or ways. Photometric plan is required for any improvements that require site plan approval subject to Section 11 of these regulations or a special permit subject to Section 12 of these regulations. a.
