This district allows a large variety of commercial and services uses. (Ord. 5458 § 1 (part), 1999) 15.14.020 Principal Uses The following principal uses shall be permitted outright in a C-1 district: Business, professional office; Business service establishment; Club or lodge; Commercial recreation (indoor); Consumer service establishment; Cultural service; Financial service; General government use; Local utility service; Parks and recreation service; Religious assembly; Restaurant (limited); Retail shopping establishment; School; Veterinary service; Consumer fireworks sales. HISTORY Amended by Ord. 6507 on 7/11/2022 15.14.030 Conditional Uses The following conditional uses shall be permitted in a C-1 district, in accordance with the requirements set forth in CBMC 15.02: Automobile service establishment; Communication tower; Day care services; Restaurant (drive-in/fast food and general).
