"CSP" Special Commercial District. A district designed for those business and commercial uses which draw their customers from motorists using major arterials, or for whom a location on an arterial street is especially useful or necessary. 12. "CCS" Central Commercial Special District. A district designed to provide for a broad range of retail shopping facilities. 13. "CSR" Service Commercial Restricted District. A district designed to provide for those businesses and commercial uses which draw their customers from motorists on the highway, or for whom a location on a highway or arterial street is especially useful or necessary. A district designed to permit light manufacturing and processing uses. 17. "IH" Heavy Industrial District. A district designed to permit those industrial uses which by their very nature cannot be compatible with adjacent districts. 18. "AP" Airport District. A district designed to accommodate airports and certain uses which are associated with airports. 19. "IP" Industrial Park District. A district designed to permit a broad range of industrial activities within certain limitations. 20. "LR" Land Reserve District. A district designed to accommodate unimproved public land reserved for maintenance of an area in a generally natural environment for leisure and/or scenic purposes. 21. "PDD" Planned Development District. A district designed to accommodate flexible land use when traditional zoning regulations are difficult or impossible to implement. B. From time to time, planned development districts may also be established pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 435 of this Title.
