Permitted accessory uses: (1) Cafeterias, gift shops, bookstores, newsstands and other similar convenience facilities located within an integrated part of the hospital structure. (3) Storage areas for goods incidental to the conduct of the principal use located within an integrated part of the hospital structure. (4) Fences, walls and hedges. C. Conditional uses. Uses requiring a conditional use permit, subject to the provisions of Article VIII of this chapter: (1) Structures for public utilities and municipal services, as necessary, to provide adequate service and protection to the surrounding area. (2) Municipal buildings and municipal facilities deemed necessary and appropriate by the municipality. D. Bulk regulations.
