Where uncertainty exists as to the locations of any boundaries shown on the Zoning Map, the following rules shall apply: A. The boundaries of all districts are hereby established as shown on the set of 45 sectional maps of the Town entitled "Official Zoning Map," dated November 17, 1970, as amended, and certified by the Town Clerk, which is hereby made a part of this chapter and is filed for reference in the office of the Town Clerk. B. There accompanies this chapter a consolidated map entitled "Zoning Map," which is intended for general information purposes only.8 A. District boundary lines are intended to follow lot lines or the center line of streets, rights-of-way or watercourses or to be parallel or perpendicular thereto, unless such district boundary lines are indicated by 8.
