Mixed Use - 2 (S-MX-2) S-MX-2 applies to areas or intersections served primarily by local or collector streets where a building scale of 1 to 2 stories is desired. B. Mixed Use - 2x (S-MX-2x) S-MX-2x applies to small sites served primarily by local streets embedded within an existing or proposed neighborhood.
