Within the DT district, any surface parking areas abutting a public street or urban walkway shall be screened from street view by a masonry garden wall with a height between three and five feet. In the other T-zones, the parking lot may be screened in accordance with the perimeter parking landscaping standards per article VII. 5. Parking structures located along Storefront streets shall be concealed by liner buildings, which may be attached or detached from the parking structure (see Figure V-13). The liner building shall have a minimum of two stories and a minimum height of 30 feet and a minimum depth of 25 feet along the entire length of the parking structure. Parking structures located along Principal streets shall be required to provide ground floor commercial or office space along the street frontage (see Figure V-14).
