Melrose Vineyards, a premier winery and vineyard, spans over 270 acres with over 1.5 miles of Umpqua River frontage in Southern Oregon. This hospitality venue includes a tasting room, winery, and vineyard facility. The sale encompasses planted vines, water rights, a production facility with equipment, wine inventory, an events facility, a tasting room, and a wine club. The tasting room, housed in a restored 100-year-old barn, retains original features and includes a gift shop, covered balcony, and two commercial kitchens with an outdoor BBQ area. The vineyards are planted on resistant rootstock with full irrigation and water rights on Class 1 soil. The vineyard was originally planted on Scott Henry Trellis system at a 11 x 7 spacing. All but 14 acres of Pinot Gris has been retrained to VSP Trellising system. The sale includes real estate, business name, wine club membership, winery equipment, and inventory. The owner will provide training and education to the new business owner.
