This property, Dune Valley Farms, consists of five buildings including two light industrial office warehouses and three FarmTek greenhouses, all utilized for cultivating indoor recreational marijuana. The subject operated under a Tier-2 cultivation license allowing 3,600 plants and distributed to marijuana dispensaries throughout Colorado. The property totals 23,145 square feet among the five buildings and is located on 75.31 acres of land, which allows for future expansion. The first wood pole and metal wall warehouse building was constructed in 2016 at 4,800 square feet and is now primarily used for vegetation, flower and curing.
