    This property was previously licensed for cannabis cultivation, processing, and distribution under Ventura County’s Measure O ordinance. The facility includes 360,000 square feet of low Venlo greenhouses, 66,000 square feet of high Venlo greenhouses, 104,544 square feet of high range greenhouses, 65,340 square feet of greenhouses for propagation, 33,600 square feet of head house, and a 10,000 square foot packing house. Materials for 3 acres of hoop houses are also on site. The current Conditional Use Permit allows for the development of an additional 200,000 square feet of greenhouse structures and two residences that could be used as office space. The property has legal access to three separate wells and an allowance of 76 acre-feet per year. Equipment included with the property includes tractors, golf carts, and Priva control systems. The property is located in Ventura County, which is one of the most difficult counties in which to build due to the restrictive SOAR initiative, which prevents the development of agriculturally zoned land. The property size is 639,484 square feet.
