Land Near Growing Marana Center

This land is located adjacent to Marana, the fastest-growing city in Southern Arizona. A 155-acre single-family rental community with 441 homes is being planned by American Homes 4 Rent on the site adjacent to the west and south of the property. The 366,000 square feet Tucson Premium Outlets, featuring over 50 retailers, restaurants, and a Hampton Inn Hotel, is located at the southeast corner of I-10 and Twin Peaks Rd in Marana Center. HSL’s luxury resort-style Encantada Twin Peaks apartment community is set to open in 2023 at I-10 and Twin Peaks Rd, in Marana Center. America Furniture Warehouse is building a 250,000 square feet showroom and warehouse in Marana Center. A Bill Luke Automotive Dealership is planned at I-10 and Twin Peaks in Marana Center. Mandarina, a mixed-use development of approximately 319 acres at I-10 and Tangerine, has plans for 2500 residential lots as well as commercial and retail uses, including an approximately 15.96-acre commercial development in escrow. Family Development has already purchased 25 acres at the site for a 283-unit Arise Mandarina build-to-rent community. Pulte and Lennar have also purchased land at this site for residential development. Tangerine Commerce Park, at I-10 and Tangerine includes Ventana Medical Center, which is currently adding an approximately 65,000 square feet building. Additionally, there are plans for over approximately 2,000,000 square feet of distribution centers including Amazon and the Southern Arizona Logistics Center with 5 buildings planned totaling approximately 1,773,600 square feet. The remaining parcels will include retail and commercial users, including an approximately 150,000 square feet Walmart Supercenter.
