The site work permit has been submitted and is currently awaiting final approval. Supporting documents include completed architectural and civil plans, partial structural drawings, landscape design, drainage plans, soil analysis, utility distribution, roadway access, and wildlife studies. The location is directly across from South Beach Park with public beach access and just a short walk to waterfront dining and recreational spaces. The property is also close to Pelican Yacht Club, Causeway Cove Marina, and Downtown Fort Pierce. The new Derecktor Fort Pierce Mega yacht Shipyard is also nearby. Accessibility is excellent, with quick connections to Seaway Drive and North Causeway Bridge, 45 minutes to both Vero Beach and Stuart, and just 90 minutes to Palm Beach International Airport.
