Luxury Motorcoach Resort Cabana
This coach cabana offers a blend of indoor comfort and outdoor living. It features an extended 22' x 22' screened enclosure, which is six feet longer than standard, suitable for entertaining or relaxing. The outdoor living area includes a built-in outdoor kitchen, patio lighting, and furnishings. The vaulted-beam lanai features a light rail and rope lighting accenting the kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with a GE induction cooktop, GE built-in microwave/convection oven with full-size convection oven, GE dishwasher, Bosch French-door refrigerator with ice maker and interior water dispenser, and a Zephyr exhaust hood. Additional features include a point-of-use water heater, reverse osmosis water system, soft-close cabinetry with pull-outs, and floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinets. The living area has a 45-inch fireplace and mantel set against a floor-to-ceiling brick feature wall, complemented by a tray ceiling. Bali custom roller shades are installed on the French doors and sidelights. The flexible living space includes a sleep sofa and a queen Murphy bed. Technology and comfort features include WiFi-enabled clear shades, hurricane screens, DC WiFi ceiling fans, and an Ecobee smart thermostat. Plantation shutters are installed on every window, and a whole-home water softener is included. The coach cabana is all-electric, with LP tanks serving the grill and fire table. The rear storage area includes an LG WashTower, built-in cabinets, butcher-block counter, and a 7-foot entry door providing access to a large open storage area. A kayak stand and fishing kayak are included. Located within Golden Palms Luxury Motorcoach Resort on a 0.139-acre lot, residents have access to a clubhouse, saltwater pool, hot tub, sauna, and exercise room, as well as activities such as pickleball, cornhole, fishing, kayaks, paddleboats, and a 1-acre dog park. The resort accommodates Class A, Super C, and stacker trailers. It is located a short drive away from restaurants, shopping, parks, golf, airport, Baseball Spring Training Stadiums, and SWFL Beaches.
