Section 25.030. - PK, Parking district. A. Purpose. The PK, Parking district is primarily intended to accommodate off-street parking areas bordering nonresidential zoning districts, while protecting nearby residential areas from adverse impacts associated with spillover parking into residential neighborhoods. B. Use regulations. Parking lots, including parking structures, are the only uses permitted in the PK district.
