A private swimming pool, a private recreation facility and any related structures shall comply with the required side yard setbacks for a principal structure in the zone in which they are located and shall not be permitted within 10 feet of a rear property line. No accessory building shall be located within 15 feet of any principal building, except as otherwise provided in this chapter. An accessory building in a residential zone shall not be taller than 1 1/2 stories or 15 feet, shall not cover more than 1/3 of the minimum required rear yard, and shall not be used as living or sleeping quarters.
