development, specifically the R1, R2, CR2, R3, and CR3 zones. 8.170.020 Applicability An Urban Lot Subdivision application must meet all of the requirements in this Section to be eligible under Government Code Section 66499.41. It shall be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Director that each of these requirements is satisfied. The applicant and/or owner of the property shall provide a sworn statement, in a form approved by the Director, attesting to all facts necessary to establish that each requirement is met. 8.170.030 Qualifying Requirements A.
