Business and professional offices: medical and dental offices and clinics, law offices, insurance and real estate offices, banks, finance and utility companies. Food, drug and beverage: grocery stores, supermarkets, meat markets, drugstores and package liquor stores, bakery in conjunction with retail sales, restaurants, tearooms, taverns, lounges, restaurants, clubs, reception halls, banquet halls, package liquor stores, and brewpubs. Major retail outlets: furniture, department, clothing, shoe and variety stores, hardware, appliance, paint, wallpaper and retail outlet for trees, shrubbery, lawn and garden seeds, fertilizer for the lawn and related lawn and garden items. Multiple retail or service oriented business outlets or strip malls that are housed in a single building which contains multiple separate but independent business spaces located within such single building for business uses permitted in a C-1 district. Service and recreation: motels and hotels, laundromats, dry cleaning and laundry pick up stations, barber and beauty shops, shoe repair and tailor shops, mortuaries, newspaper publishing, printing shops with not more than ten (10) full time regular employees, storage and transfer establishments, places of amusement and assembly, commercial recreation.
