(7) HDRM High Density Residential - Multifamily District: To provide for a range of housing types at moderately high densities, including contemporary apartment development. (8) MDRB Medium Density Residential - Light Business District: To provide for residential development similar to the Medium Density Residential District. In addition, to provide for offices and certain other light business uses that would be highly compatible with nearby dwellings and the historic character of the area.
