The regulations for these districts are intended to discourage any use which, because of its character, would interfere with the development of or be detrimental to the quiet residential nature of the area included in the districts. 5:2.1 Uses Permitted Detached single-family dwelling Home occupation (Subject to requirements in Article 6, Section 6:12) Portable or temporary school classroom Sign (See Section 6:11) Temporary building, incidental to the construction of buildings permitted i n this district, and which shall be removed when work is completed Transportation and utility easement and right-of-way Uses and structures customarily accessory to the permitted uses 5:2.2 Special Exceptions The following uses may be permitted on revi ew by the Board of Zoning Appeals in accordance with the provisions contained in Article 7.
