PERMITTED USES. 1. Single Family Dwellings as defined. 2. Public parks and recreation areas. 3. Accessory uses and buildings customarily incidental to the above uses. Detached accessory building of 200 square feet or less, not requiring a building permit shall not be required to meet the side and rear yard requirements, but shall not be placed in the front yard setback area. Detached accessory buildings, of more than 200 square feet, shall be located not less than 20 feet from the front lot line, and not less than 5 feet from the main building.
