A-1”, “A-2”, “A-3” Residence Districts are more restricted than the “B” Commercial District; the “B” Commercial District is more restricted than the “C” Industrial District. MOTEL , MOTOR HOTEL or MOTOR COURT. A building or group of related buildings in which lodging is provided or offered for compensation to transient guests customarily traveling by automobile.
