3.1.8 RNC, Residential and Neighborhood Commercial The RNC, Residential and Neighborhood Commercial District is composed of lands and structures primarily residential, but allowing the retailing of commodities and the furnishing of selected services while protecting nearby residential properties from adverse effects of commercial activity. 3.1.9 C-1, Commercial General The C-1, Commercial District is composed of lands and structures used primarily to provide for the retailing of commodities and the furnishing of selected services. The regulations are intended to permit and encourage a vertical and horizontal mixed-use development that permit small scale live/work, neighborhood retail and neighborhood commercial services that serve the Town and surrounding communities. 3.1.13 I-1, Industrial General The I-1, Industrial General District is composed of lands and structures used primarily to provide space for lower- intensity and smaller-scale industries which may be suitable for locations near residential structures.
