A motor vehicle storage yard which stores a tanker which has contained a hazardous substance shall be enclosed by a minimum six (6) foot high fence which shall be locked during nonoperating hours. In addition, a spill containment structure certified by a registered professional engineer as being adequate for spill containment is required. No tanker shall be stored closer than two hundred (200) feet from a ny residential zoning district. A lighting plan signed or sealed by the preparer with calculations/ft. candles shall be submitted along with a completed Zoning Permit Application. (E) Noise The Town of Kernersville Code of Ordinances: Chapter 10, Article III shall be the determining factor in regulating exterior sound emitting from an above listed establishment. (F) Limited Size Nightclubs shall be limited to 2500 sq. ft. in the Central Kernersville Overlay
