Permitted uses. The following accessory uses that are customary and incidental to a site plan use under § 280-23C or a special use permit under § 280-23D are permitted: Accessory structure not exceeding 20 feet in height or 400 square feet in gross floor area, except as provided in § 280-24 . Day-care center for exclusive use of employees and guests of a principal use. Medical offices for employees and guests of a principal use. Recreational, commercial for the exclusive use of employees and guests of a principal use. Restaurant for the exclusive use of employees and guests of a principal use. Storage of equipment, goods or materials. Training center for employees of the principal use. A change in tenancy for which the Zoning Inspector makes a written determination that: The change in tenancy is similar to a prior allowed use; The building or lot complies with any conditions imposed in an approved site plan or special use permit; and The building or lot complies with the requirements of Article IV . Site plan uses. The following uses are authorized by site plan approval under § 280-53 : Commercial bakery, food processing. Contractor yard. Electronic data processing and storage.
