LB-E: Lower Broadway, Employment; e. LB-RMF: Lower Broadway, Residential Multi-Family; f. LB-RD: Lower Broadway, Residential Detached. 3. Resort Casino Overlay District. In addition to the Districts established by Section 1 of the Zoning Ordinance, this Ordinance establishes a new Resort Casino Overlay District (RCOD). The boundaries of the RCOD are hereby established as indicated on the Zoning Map, as amended. 4. Location of Boundaries. These District and Sub-district boundary lines are intended to follow lot lines as they existed on the effective date of this Ordinance, but where any such boundary line obviously does not follow such lot lines, it shall be deemed to be parallel to the nearest street at a distance estimated by the Applicant based on the Zoning Map and determined by the Building Commissioner, unless otherwise dimensioned on the Zoning Map. Where the District or Sub-district boundary is a street, the boundary line shall be the centerline of the street. 5. Interpretation of Boundaries. Whenever any dispute arises on District or Sub-district boundaries as to the exact location of a District or Sub-district boundary line, the location of such line shall be determined by the Building Commissioner, subject to appeal to the Zoning Board of Appeals in accordance with G.L. c. 40A, §§ 8 and 15 .
