Accommodate complementary and supporting uses such as light manufacturing, services, storage, retail, offices and parking; B. Contribute to the character of Midvale through use of compatible materials, architectural design and details, color range, massing, lighting; C. Prevent traffic hazard, noise, dust, fumes, odors, smoke, vapor, vibration, glare, or industrial waste disposal problems; and D. Use landscaping and design criteria to soften the visual impact of commercial and industrial building sites and parking areas, provide safe and pleasant gathering areas, enhance community identity and encourage compatibility with community uses.
