The Mixed Use Zone District shall provide high-density, pedestrian-oriented retail/service uses adjacent to the downtown and other areas along the South Main Street corridor. Indoor commercial recreation, including health clubs or facilities, exercise and fitness centers, studios for instruction in martial arts. Instructional studios for dance, music, art, and theater. Locksmith. Office, electronic, household, computer television, radio, musical instrument, video equipment or similar rental, service, and repair. Optical and eyewear. Photo processing services. Printing and copying and services. Shoe repair, tailoring shop, or other similar establishment. Watch and jewelry repair. Appliance, hardware, furniture, paint, wallpaper, home decorating, window covering, floor covering, building supply and custom kitchen stores.
