special use in all zoning districts except RMH or MB districts, provided: 1) Each building shall provide not less than thirty -five (35) square feet of interior recreation area per child . Moving of buildings and structures. The following moved- in buildings and structures that have been previously located for use may be permitted in any zoning district as a special use, 1.
