Industrial Zone I Industrial Park Zone IP Flood Plain Flood Plain District FP 1.3.2 Zoning Map and Boundaries A. The boundaries of these zones are established as shown on the Zoning Map, Ellington, Connecticut, effective on August 2, 1968, as it may be AMENDED from time to time, and filed in the office of the Town Clerk of Ellington, Connecticut, which map is part of these regulations, whether or not bound with them. 1. For purposes of these regulations and unless otherwise indicated on the Zoning Map by fixed lines or dimensions, the boundaries are either street lines, street lines extended, property lines, waterways or lines drawn parallel to the center line of the street and dimensioned as to depth. 2. Where boundaries are streets, street or railroad rights of way or waterways, the boundary of the zone is the center line of the right of way or waterway. B. The boundaries of the Flood Plain District are shown on the Ellington Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) and the Flood Boundary and Floodway Map as the same exist or may be AMENDED from time to time by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
