Sec. 32-134. - Community business district, CBD. This district is intended to provide a combination of convenience and comparison retail goods and services serving the needs of a broader market area than the CN district. The community business district is generally characterized by an integrated or planned grouping of establishments served by common parking areas and oriented to pedestrian and vehicular traffic.
