Chapters 17.20 through 17.32 determine which land uses are allowed in each zoning district, what steps are required to establish each use, and the basic development standards that apply. (b) Determination of allowable land uses and permit requirements. (1) The land uses allowed by this chapter in each zoning district are identified in use regulation tables as being: a. Permitted subject to compliance with all applicable provisions of this chapter, subject to obtaining a building permit or other permit required by this chapter. These are shown as "P" uses in the tables; b. Allowed subject to the approval of an administrative permit (
