PARKING AREAS Parking areas shall meet the setback requirements for the district in which such areas are located. Parking areas shall be buffered with a natural screen masking the parking area from the surrounding area. The screen shall consist of evergreen trees of a minimum size of three feet in height at time of planting with a mature size of at least five feet in height or a demonstrated equivalent approved by the Planning Board.
