14-310. C-2 Central business district . This district is established to protect and improve the downtown shopping area of Sweetwater and to discourage uses which do not require a central location and which are not compatible with the function of the area as a central business district. Within the C-2 Central business district, as shown on the "Zoning Map Sweetwater, Tennessee," the following regulations and other applicable provisions of this zoning code shall apply.
