(2) LC, Limited Commercial District. The LC district is intended for small-scale, neighborhood businesses with a market orientation serving the surrounding neighborhood and community with convenience goods, limited retail sales, and personal services. These regulations are intended to reduce traffic congestion, provide adequate off-street parking, and discourage encroachment by other uses capable of adversely affecting the limited neighborhood commercial character of the district. (3) C-1, Highway commercial district.
