The site is under a long-term land lease and is owned by Pinellas County. This offering is an assignment of the current tenant’s lease rights. The site is zoned mostly E-2, with a small area (about 1 acre along the Ulmerton Road frontage) zoned E-1, and is situated within unincorporated Pinellas County, FL. The location is 2.5 miles west of Interstate 275/Howard Frankland Bridge and 2.5 miles east of US Highway 19 North. The Gateway Expressway will run along the west side of the property. The site also has easy access to the Bayside Bridge and 49th Street North. This is one of the few remaining, mid-size industrial sites available in the highly desirable Gateway submarket of Pinellas County, FL.
