River Ridge RETAIL I is a retail and office project within the River Ridge Commerce Center, a 6,000-acre industrial complex in Jeffersonville, IN. This project aims to provide amenities and services to the working and resident population in and around the River Ridge Commerce Center. Second-floor space is suitable for medical and office uses and is the only space available in the center. Located on E. Highway 62 within the River Commerce Center, directly in front of the NuYale Plant facility, the River Ridge RETAIL I project offers accessibility and visibility. Traffic counts on Highway 62 are near 40,000 vehicles per day. Fronting Patrol Road, the internal frontage road at River Ridge, employees can easily access the location from their place of employment without traveling on Highway 62. The River Ridge Commerce Center is located in Southern Indiana with access to I-265, I-65, I-64, and I-75, as well as the new East-End Bridge.
