Constructed in 1992, City Hall Plaza is the newest large-scale office development in the Manchester area. It is located near educational institutions such as Southern New Hampshire University, University of New Hampshire at Manchester, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, and the New Hampshire Institute of Art.
