A proposed build-to-suit industrial building offering approximately 156,000 square feet is slated for delivery in the second quarter of 2022. Gas is supplied by Eversource/Columbia Gas, and electricity by Eversource. The property has potential CSX rail access and is located approximately one-half mile from Interstate 391, Exits 3 & 4, and 2 miles to Interstate 91.
