Cascades Mountain Resort is a 100-room, two-story interior-corridor hotel built in 1966 and renovated through a complete gut-job from 2016 to 2018 to meet Choice Hotels’ Ascend Collection standards. The property was converted from an exterior-corridor configuration to enclosed, encased-glass hallways, and features updated guest rooms and suites with new cased-goods, furniture, beds, and mattresses. On-site amenities include an indoor pool area redesigned into a 12,000-square-foot indoor water park with natural stone, indoor gardens, waterfalls, and a two-story, 110-foot water slide, along with a separate hot tub area built over three enclosed, private sections.

Located immediately off Interstate 26 and Route 64 on a 3.74-acre parcel, the resort benefits from exposure to 65,000 VPD on I-26 and 38,000 VPD on Route 64. The resort also includes a fitness center, cafe, game room, gift shop, and a 4,600-square-foot conference room that can seat up to 300 people. A 2,500-square-foot full-service restaurant and a liquor-licensed bar, the Old Orchard Tavern and Bar, offer indoor and outdoor seating.

Operating as an independent hotel since 2016 and joining the Ascend Hotel Collection in 2018, the property is offered as fee-simple with a Choice Hotels International franchise agreement that expires in 2028. The asset is currently unencumbered by third-party management, and seller financing is available.
