Fort Jones Ranch with Acreage
This 318.2 +/- acre ranch is located just north of Fort Jones, California, in Scott Valley. The working ranch includes approximately 219 acres of alfalfa, along with some hill ground. The property features an 1,800 square foot ranch house with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a bonus room/office. One bedroom and the bathroom have been remodeled. Outbuildings include a 14,490 square foot pole barn with a 750-ton hay storage capacity, a 4,374 square foot wood barn with a 120-ton hay storage capacity, a 540 square foot shop, a 648 square foot storage shed, a 525 square foot tack shed, and a 30 square foot oil shed. The ranch is equipped with two center pivots, nine wheellines, two guns, and 40 handline pipes for irrigation, supplied by five ag wells plus a domestic well. Well outputs range from 250 to 1000 gpm.
