Knoxville Logistics Center Phase II is located at 128 Pawnook Farm Rd. Knoxville Logistics Center Phase III is a build-to-suit at 425 Sam Rayburn Pkwy. Knoxville Logistics Center Phases II and III are located in the Roane Regional Business and Technology Park (RRBTP), a new 655-acre industrial park geared toward light to medium industry in a campus-like setting. More than a dozen industries are located in the park, which is anchored by H.T. Hackney, a wholesale food distributor.
