A large covered parking shed at the rear of the building easily accommodates two full-sized vehicles and could be converted to an outdoor lounge or dining area, or enclosed for additional square footage. Local zoning also allows a canopy to be added to the front face of the building. The interior walls and existing wood floor system with a crawl space were removed and replaced with a new, reinforced concrete slab on grade floor and new interior wall construction. All wiring for electrical, signal, security system, and hard-wired internet is concealed in crown molding or hollow baseboards. The upstairs storage room conceals the HVAC system, computer server, security system hub, communications hub, and dead storage. Formerly occupied as office headquarters, the structure does not have state nor national historical designation(s); therefore, modification and usage are determined by the owner.
