Floors are smooth concrete, and the roof is a white TPO rubber system with R-25 rigid insulation. The interior is designed in sections, including a large Tap Room in the front, a large rear Brewery Room, an exterior dining/gathering area, a kitchen, two large bathrooms, a large walk-in cooler, an office, and a storage and trash room. The Tap Room has seating for approximately 60 people, with additional standing room and exterior elevated seating under a full canopy with four large tables accommodating approximately 24 additional people. The Tap Room also features a bar/counter, 16 beer taps, a hand sink, a dishwashing station, a customer water dispenser, and two large glass panel roll-up doors. High ceilings are present throughout the building. The Brewery Room contains multiple stainless steel fermenter tanks and brewing equipment, high ceilings, skylights, a floor drain, and storage. The kitchen area (approximately 216 square feet) is equipped for assembling prepared foods, including 4 refrigerators, a 3-compartment sink, 2 hand sinks, and counters. A large walk-in cooler (approximately 400 square feet) is available for storing kegs and other beverages.
