The Bend at River Ridge Parkway is a 5.2-acre multi-use amenity project with available outparcels. It is located at the intersection of River Ridge Parkway and Indiana Highway 62 within the 6,000-acre River Ridge Commerce Center in Jeffersonville, IN. The site features a hard corner on the over seven miles of River Ridge road frontage on IN 62. River Ridge Parkway connects to IN 62 and the I-265 interchange near the East End Bridge. The Bend offers approximately 18,200 square feet of retail multi-tenant space spread over two buildings, and a 10,000 to 15,000 square foot medical build-to-suit pad. This location is intended to provide amenities for employees at River Ridge. Site work is planned to commence in Summer 2016. Traffic counts are approaching 40,000 cars per day. The location provides ease of ingress, egress and visibility at the eight-lane intersection that connects to the I-265 interchange and will eventually connect River Ridge to the Clark County Airport and I-65. The River Ridge Commerce Center is located in Southern Indiana with access to I-265, I-65, I-64 and I-75.
