This recreational property, known as Charlie Creek Ranch, encompasses 370 acres near Zolfo Springs in Southern Hardee County, Florida. The high-fence property features a mix of ecosystems and habitats, supporting both imported exotic game and native Florida wildlife. Game includes Blackbuck Antelope, Red Stag, Pere David and Axis Deer, Rams, Bison, Water buffalo, Whitetail Deer, Turkey, Wild Hogs, and Bobwhite Quail. Charlie Creek meanders along the northern boundary, offering opportunities for fishing, canoeing, and fossil hunting. The property includes dense Oak Hammocks, Cypress Strands, Native Pine Flatwoods, and grassy open Savannahs. The lodge, located on high ground with gated access, features a full kitchen and dining facilities. Four cabins accommodate up to 20 guests and include air conditioning, kitchenettes, full baths, and large-screen TVs. "Camp David" provides an isolated area for RV and primitive camping.
