A 225,000 square foot Target-anchored retail center has been completed immediately south of the medical center ground. The site benefits from high visibility, with average daily traffic counts exceeding 63,000 along State Route 161. The available office space is 26,807 square feet and is offered for lease at $19.25 per square foot.
