    Wrightsboro Business Park Flex Space

    Wrightsboro Business Park, situated just south of the Castle Hayne Road and N. Kerr Avenue intersection, offers convenient access to the Wilmington area. Upon full completion, the project will include 91,500 square feet across 17 buildings. The initial phase, consisting of four buildings each measuring 5,100 square feet, is scheduled for delivery in late 2025 or early 2026. Each building will feature approximately 980 square feet of finished office space, including an open showroom or reception area, two private offices, a breakroom, and two restrooms (one in the office and one in the warehouse). Additionally, each tenant will have exclusive use of a dedicated yard space of approximately 3,500 square feet, along with extra parking. The site is zoned B-2 by New Hanover County, with a small portion zoned O&I. Buildings 14, 15, 16, and 17 will be delivered in the first phase, with buildings 15, 16, and 17 fronting Castle Hayne Road.
